The Appearance Transformation Protocol™ is a personalized service created specifically for one individual. Because each protocol requires time, analysis, and custom preparation, all protocol purchases are non-refundable once preparation has begun.

 

Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel your order before submitting your Appearance Assessment, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once preparation of your protocol has started, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

 

Nano Infusion Pen & Physical Products

Unused physical products may be eligible for return or replacement only if they arrive damaged or defective. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery and may require photographs of the product and packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Digital Deliverables

Because personalized digital materials—including customized protocols, audio files, and treatment recommendations—are created exclusively for each client, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered.

Delivery Time

Every Appearance Transformation Protocol™ is prepared personally following the completion of your Appearance Assessment.

Protocols are delivered within 48 business hours after all required photographs and assessment materials have been received.

Physical products are shipped separately. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method.
